I found this interesting. It claims to show every fatal accident, and shows gender, involvement in the accident, and primary cause, if known... click the map to check it out...

Here's an example zoomed in on The Dragon, US129 just South of Maryville, TN... note the legend on the left... you can look up your area, or street, using the search box on the right...
