It's like a damn plague. You can't keep them out of the house. They'll be here for months. I can't stand them, but the wife loves them. You know what I'm talking about, right?

Nah, the Hallmark channel is a laxative of it's own.

There are 8 of them on our DVR as I type this .... EIGHT!!! She is pissed if I come into the Great Room and talk to her just as the crying scenes start.

Y'all married poorly. Mine went deer hunting with me today. We watched Kiss of the Dragon tonight before I checked in here.

Hell I thought you meant FAMILY.....

We spent turkey day on the beach, just my wife and I, pounding a few beers, too much to eat, a snooze, rinse, lather, repeat. :seasix:

I figure they are doing a community service by providing work for unemployed D list actors.

This is something that I just live through. It's funny that the same x-list players find the genre and stay put. Shirley Maclaine in for this year. Danica McKellar, Kristin Davis, and others add to the stable.

The stories are sappy. The acting is marginal. However, how can I bitch when my favorite Christmas movies are Christmas Story and Christmas Vacation? I can't claim the high ground, so I just go with the flow.

Simple solution, cancel it out by watching National Lampoons Christmas Vacation. Works for me.

I like "The Grinch that Stole Christmas," but I only watch the first half. The second half is depressing.
