I would have to say that the funnest was the Gamma Globulin shot I got in 71, just before going to Vietnam ..... It was tons of fun. Wish I had pictures.

I got a Tetanus/Whopping Cough Vaccine a few years ago, that SOB hurt for DAYS.
Cortisone injection into my elbow for Tennis Elbow hurt like a SOB too. :ohnoes:

I've never tried one of those exotic vaccinations.

The parrot lives.:funnier: I was a kid in the 50s. Every time there was a line at school, I got in it. Usually it was for a polio vaccination. Must have had 4 or 5. I remember getting a couple shots, a sugar cube and blasted in the arm with some sort of high pressure vaporized gun thing.:willy::willy:

Not a Vaccination. But the needle they used to take water off my knee while in high school football sure was fun. Especially after the third time. :leaving:
Yes I know its a parrot.

Phenergan.
It's surely a long story but back in the day, I ended up in the E-R twice in one day. The second time the Doc said, "You again" and loaded me with this. When he injected it, I thought there was an elephant coming out of the needle. However, I went to sleep not long after and slept very well for a long time. I awoke to a glorious day and went about my business of getting better.

I looked forward to those huge needles after I tore my ACL in half. I was getting my knee drained two or three times a week. :yesnod:
The fluid buildup was so excessive my knee got so tight it was painful to move.
