I just read an ad for a .380 caliber pistol from Bersa... the Thunder 380 Combat....... Really???? .380 would not be my first (or 5th) choice for a "combat" firearm.

For the recoil shy, a well placed .380 round is better than higher energy round that misses. :yesnod:

Personally, a .380 could be a back up but not a primary weapon.

I concur. I might actually prefer a .22 Long Rifle with Stingers aboard to the 380. More rounds on target with even less recoil. Give me at least a 9mm with current projectiles at a decent speed for Combat consideration please.
