78 year-old Fred is walking down the street with a beautiful young blonde on his arm.

His cardiologist walks up to him and said "Fred is that you? How are you doing?"

Fred: "Doc, I took your advice and I am doing just great! Thanks so much!!"

Doc: "Uh, what advice was that, Fred?"

Fred: "You know - Be cheerful, get a hot mama."
