Mostly to showcase the latest metal foil wraps. Note most of them have a wrapping company logo either on the car, or on the photo. The Diablo was wrapped for a Gumball Rally.

The ones actually being driven are probably either Middle Eastern super-rich dudes, or Hip-Hop personalities, they have similar taste in bad taste.
