Crock Pot Meatballs:

1.5 Lb Ground Beef (you can add ground pork as well)
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs (Roughly, eyeball it and don't make them too dry)
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Dry or Fresh)
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
5 or 6 Cloves Fresh Garlic, Minced
1/2 Small White Onion, Finely Chopped
1/4 cup finely diced Celery
Fresh Basil and Oregano, Finely Chopped

Mix and Form into Meatballs.

Cook Meatballs with your favorite Spaghetti Sauce in the crockpot for 8 to 10 hours on LOW. DO NOT BAKE THE MEATBALLS. Lightly Stir Occasionally.

Your Welcome

Country ribs, a bottle of BBQ and onions. And whatever else you want to throw in.

Red beans sometimes with smoked sausage.

Corned beef, sauerkraut and potatoes is good too.

Crock Pot?
I'll have to ask Liz.
My cooking prowess is relegated to grilling steak.
That's what the wimmenz are for.

Add a few chunked potatoes a long slow simmer and its a dam good meal. If done right you just got to look at the ribs and the meat falls right off.

Latest thing my wife made in ours was a chili pork verde. Chunks of pork with green chilies and beans. Pretty good.

Mine's been sitting in a cupboard for about 2 years now. My problem is that I hate stuff sitting in fat all day long and then eating the fat with the food. :ack:

I like to cook meat and drain the fat off first, then cook what I want with it.
Like dropping raw meatballs into a sauce to cook....grosses me out.:ack:

Anything that can be slow cooked. I have 4 different sized pots here. Ranging from a meal for one person to ~10 people.

My all time favorite is old fashioned vegetable soup with ox tail added about 3/4 of the way through. :seasix: :cert:

Fat=Flavor

You can always drain it off after it's done. Or you could add your cooked meat at the end, but that mostly defeats the purpose.
