On one side, Assad, a known dictator. He's still clicking on Google for help in understanding human rights.

The other side, the Muslim Brotherhood. Those fellas really aren't big on happy.

Neither side is really a good choice so a punt is in order to basically choose the lesser evil. So, which side did Obama pick? Which side did Putin pick? It's a crazy world with the choices.

You're right....these are two evils. We shouldn't be involved at all. Not our fight. Let the Russians get shot down, and let ISIS inspire douchebags in Russia to act out for a change.

I can't even pretend to know the true reasons the US is involved. Yet, there we are. Obama has provided token support. In that, I mean the US should only be there with the use of overwhelming power. If not, stay the fcuk out. It's like he wants to fight a "nice" war. There's only one way to war....flat out. One does not fight a war with only missiles from ships and aircraft. It's similar to swatting flies in the kitchen with the door open....the shit just ain't gonna work.

But the smart move would be to let Russia deal with it and take the heat...

Russia will not suffer heat due to Russia just not giving a fcuk. The Muslims in Russia currently are walking on egg shells.

Bullshit, we just need 4 subs and non nuclear MIRVs.... blow EVERY power plant boiler in ALL of islamic lands.......resulting in no water, no .com, no transportation except camels very shortly, can't pump gas without electricity....take a few left over warheads and do the important mosques also, just to piss them off......6 weeks they die off down to 150 years ago population.....just need withdraw our folks outta the region first....but probably not able to get ALL of them, maybe have to send in choppers and rescue teams like Saigon......
