This is the worst lending institution I've ever dealt with. 20 minutes on hold, ask for a release of lien letter, so he sends me a copy of the title....showing a lien.

Call back, 25 minutes on hold, "Oh, that account is in another dept, let me transfer you." Still on hold 17 minutes after that.

They told me they can't tell me the info, despite the fact that we are the ones who paid it off. Now I have the customer on 3-way, and she's tearing them a new one.

I represent them. If you ever plan on doing business with them again, I'll give you the number of the manager of that place, and she'll get results in a hurry.
