no doubt he was breaking the traffic laws... big time.

But, he stopped long before the officer exited his patrol vehicle. I don't see a need for the weapon (unless the driver is a known felon). We need all the details.

Had said dummy stayed on private property as in the dang parking lot, he would've been fine. No sympathy for his dumb ass..

This was probably one of the biggest crimes to occur in Canada in a long time. The cop really had no choice but to draw his gun, eh.
