Drove by last night, and the Carnival Conquest, Carnival Ecstasy, and Royal Caribbean's Mariner of the Seas were all in port. RC's ship has been there for 2 days, and the 3 weren't able to leave until around 10:30am today.

Probably a lot. I got stuck on a cruise ship that couldn't sail in Miami, and they refunded our ticket and airfare, and gave us another free cruise.
