Haven't driven it in two weeks, and only driven it a few times since i put insurance on it after winter.

Just seems like a hassle, and hoping that each time I drive it won't leave me stranded somewhere.

Spend some time this next winter making it reliable. I regret selling my 94, and that was only sold due to garage space. We drove that car everywhere, even at 20 years old, as every winter I went over it with a fine tooth comb to make sure it was in top notch condition

With all the frustration you've posted about, that seems like a good idea. At some point the car becomes more of a hassle than its worth.

To be fair, those are also the only times I've posted about the car. When its running good, I've got nothing to share. Heck it drive from Houston to Buffalo without an issue.
but recently it's been electrical issues... I blew an alternator, put on a new one, and every once in a while, when I'm driving, my votage starts dropping, and then randomly, a few minutes later, it'll pick back up again and charge.

Strange.

I recently sold a car when it started having electrical problems. Those problems are not for me.
