MINE? He'd be hurting, and I'd probably be in the Greybar Hotel.

They say a child's fundamental personality is fully formed by the age of five. :yesnod:
That kid is ****ed, for life. And it's his parents fault. :(

I have two sons, and if either one of them ever pulled some shit like that, they would be picking themselves up off the floor. That little pos needs to be in a rubber room. Obviously he has more mental problems than his parents are going to fix. He is one of those shoot up the movie theatre types, or the one where the parents are hacked up and left in the back yard. I would have whipped his ass for just speaking to me like that. That said, I've never beat my kids, but they know better than to even think about talking to me like that, much less slapping my face. On the other hand, I showed my eldest son today how to do brakes on a car. Rear ones on a Ford Exploder. E brake shoes, pads, and new rotors.:seasix: That is all......

I don't have young-uns, but if I did, they'd never be allowed to even get to that point.
Kids are always trying to find the limits of their boundaries. And if none are set, then this happens. Oh, and you don't just tell them what and where the boundary is, and expect them to respect it; they have to learn through consequence. Once they know that there will be consequence, then they won't cross the boundary, they'll respect you; and they will keep their behavior is kept in check.

I would have spanked his screaming ass.
I didn't have to spank my children very much.
That's because they both took the statement "Wait 'til your father gets home" very seriously.
They both knew "The Look"
I could say more with a cocked eyebrow than a lot of people can say yelling night and day for a month.
I told both my children that I will not be your best friend or buddy.
I am your father.
Unlike a buddy, I'll tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.
Today, I have 2 successful sons having children of their own.

That would never be my child because it would have never come to that point. Caitlin has never even THOUGHT about raising her hand in anger against me.
He reacts in an angry and aggressive manner and lashes out physically. That's almost always a learned behavior and I'm guessing that he takes his queues from his mother. No doubt, mom was on her best behavior with the cameras there, but at that age, the boy just doesn't have that amount of (temporary) control over his behavior. It was on display, despite the cameras being there.
Towards the tail end of the video, he started to mention that he doesn't want to live with his mother. There was a lot of anxiety and emotion behind that statement. That is not normal. There is something unstable and unhealthy going on in that home.
Bottom line? He learned his behavior somewhere and its almost certain that he picked it up based on the way his mother deals/has dealt with him.
