I suppose that since the mall is owned by the .gov or some high official, that they can't actually file a rongfull death suit and get any fair hearing.....:sadangel:

I suspect just like any government or large corporation, blame races downhill,
but blame crawls uphill before finally being diluted to nothing...

I watched the whole video on Youtube. The people at the top of the escalator who appear to be employees were standing there the entire time as if they knew something was going to happen. I couldn't figure out just what they were waiting for.

I dont think she fell anywhere.

She also looks like she maybe one of the workers escorting the child up the escalator - same dress as the other women.

So sad. You can see she was pulled into the motor..belt and chain drive based on how the unit slowed but did not stop. The girls should have hit the emergency shut down that was probably within arms reach.
