From the trailer, they make it look like Superman and Zod took down one of Bruce Wayne's Metropolis buildings, killing untold thousands of Wayne employees, which would piss him off for one... and he's got Lex Luthor in his ear, for another...

... and Bruce Wayne is a super-genius, that's how he has a chance against Supes.

My bet is on Lex Luthor and Bruce Wayne temporarily working together and using that glowing green rock to mess with our Kryptonian friend.
