Got a craftsman tool cabinet, upper and lower. Got a bunch of misc tools too.
There are a bunch of aluminum wrenches with a bunch of holes drilled in the handles, the likes of which I've never seen before. They have numbers like 16 and 20. Really big span like an inch or more. Weird angle of the head of the wrench with respect to the handle.

I'm sure you've seen braided hose before, those aluminum end connectors are called AN fittings. Aluminum wrenches are used to not damage them.

As for the numbers, hose/tube size is commonly expressed in x/16" values. For example, a -4 fitting is 4/16" or 1/4", -8 is 1/2", a -16 fitting is 1", -20 is 1 1/4". That is not the hex size, it is the tubing/hose trade size.

I only have 6an fittings on my vette, so I don't need a set. But I remember that single 6an wrench from Summit was like 15 bucks?
I need a Fuel Sending Unit wrench, got one of those? :bigears:

See if y'all can make a side deal with the winning buyer. If Clark hasn't mailed them yet, it should be a simple matter of the purchaser instructing Clark to mail them to a different address.

It's a nice set of wrenches. I don't know when I'll use the larger sizes, but I do have some 6 and 8 fittings on my Nova and a Mustang.
The wife did ask why I needed them. She should know better by now. :slap:
If the check didn't show up yesterday, it should be there today.

If you don't need 'em, maybe we could make a deal on the larger ones... that's what I need most.
I have -16 and -20 fittings all over the f'n place on the race car.

I hate to break up the set, but then, I probably won't need the larger ones. Let me think about it.
