I think cops all over the country are taking another look on how they do their job since the Baltimore problems. Some have lost the enthusiasm to do their job because of what may be a perceived backlash of whatever they do knowing even if they are right, they could be thrown under the bus due to public sentiment.

The cops in Balmer have slowed down, there have been some resignations, can't recruit anybody, 50+ shootings in the last week or two, in a phrase, it's just f*cked up there.
