:puke: A friend brought his Vietnamese girlfriend to the US and stayed with us for a while, she made us a treat in the kitchen one morning, which included spam, I can honestly say I'd NEVER tried spam before then, and while it seemed to be prepared ok, i will happily never try it again. Apparently Spam is a much bigger deal over there.

Also, from personal experience, in the Philippines and Hawaii. I suspect if Spam were taken out of those two places, the people might just lose their minds.

I actually love spam and use it in my fried rice as well as in gumbo.

I have tried all of the flavors also - the Tabasco is good and the Bacon is good - but there is nothing like the original fried up on white bread with some dukes mayo and slice cheese :dixie:
