House went on the market yesterday, and have had 4 calls for showings already :hurray: First call came 2 hours after it went up! My realtor says he hopes we have something lined up to buy, cause it could sell fast :dance:

I was listening to a local talk radio show during the drive home today. They had a realtor on who was saying that houses that are priced right are selling before they even hit the MLS and sellers are getting multiple offers.
Good luck with your sale. I am hoping we have a similar market two years from now when I retire and we get the hell out of Illinois.
