Said goodbye to Coco today. She was 14 years old and she was with us from approx. 8 weeks old. A Pet Smart adoption. One of the best cats we have ever had. Never a problem or trouble from her.

About a month ago we noticed that she was throwing up food (not hairballs) and was losing weight. Couple of trips to the vet and we ended up taking her to a specialist for scan and X rays. Tumor in her colon. Malignant and it had matastisized No hope for surgery or other treatment. :sadangel: So today we took her for her final trip.

Good Bye Coco. We will miss you

You gave her a great life. I'm sure she returned the love. :sadangel:

So sad. When you are ready, a rescue kitty somewhere waits to share your love and welcome home.

Thank you all
Isn't it amazing how when we bring these little fur balls (cats, dogs, other animals) into our lives they become such an important part. :sadangel:
We have lost two in the last year. Even though there are three still here, you can feel the void.

Becka is already talking about getting a kitten

For being "just an animal" they do hold a special place in our hearts.

Sorry to hear it was time for "that hard decision" but you know you did the right thing.

As an aside, I have a dog named Coco. It truly tears your heart to lose a pet.
