I heard an interview a while back that Harrison had the flu, or was really not feeling good, and there was actually supposed to be this big fight scene, and Harrison completely adlib'ed and just shot the guy, and he played along and dropped, and the director loved it and said keep that in!

Completely unscripted.

Back on topic: I always liked the Samurai sword that Duncan McLeod used in Highlander, the series. Was gorgeous.

Everyone got sick on that location shoot. They had to cut a scene where Salla (John Rhys Davies) is accosted by Nazis while trying to replace the rope he had dropped, trapping Indy in the Map Room.

They got part of the sequence in the can before Davies shat himself so violently, they just abandoned the scene and replaced it with a soundstage shot of Indy looking puzzled at the Nazi flag that drops down to pull him out...

I always think of poor John Rhys Davies at that part...
