I read more than I Tweet. I have some MotoGP riders, UK Moto GP commentators, various filmmakers, couple of UK comedians, and some scientists that I follow.

I follow ~75 people on there, mostly NFL players. It's fun to talk shit with them during the season - I've even gotten a couple to reply back to me. Fun stuff :cheers:

I don't have an account, but there is a section on the Bills message board where they post player tweets.
You should hope Tennessee signs Donte Whitner in the offseason.
He's worse than a teenage girl with that crap.
I got hit in the bahoogies by a baseball once............I think I tweeted a little for a while.

That's why I've only considered it, and haven't done it yet. Most of those guys couldn't form a comprehensible sentence to save their lives.

It has been below freezing, so slow. But with it hitting 60* today, and 70's all next week, we should see a big boom. It is already showing signs, with all the internet leads pouring in.
I just added video email to our sales and service department. I think I can increase sales appointments by 45-50% with it, and up selling in service by 60%.

I think I "tweeted" maybe 10 times which confirmed my suspicions that it was one of the most inane things I've ever done.
There is a site I play on now and again called Blip.fm where you can kind of act as your own DJ and post up music videos from the web to share with others. You get listeners and you become other people's "fans" as well. It's a pretty cool way to find out about a lot of alternative music out there when you have nothing else going on and want a little mindless fun.

I signed up a few years ago, and I've found exactly two legitimate uses for it.
1) Real time updates from other people that found gas stations with fuel in stock, during the atlanta gas crisis a couple years back
2) Local updates from my area regarding reports of crime. i.e. somebody sees a suspicious person, such as somebody running down the street with a machete (actually happened), they can tweet it and everybody following the same list will get instantly notified to look out for the machete guy.
I'm sure colleges breathe a sigh of relief when they leave after their junior year.
