I'm watching old re-runs and I don't get the appeal to liking their bikes.
They outsource all their work. The frames are made in Canada, another outfit does all the leather work, same with paint.
They used the water jet for some pieces here and there, along with the wheels.

I've seen some of their bikes in person, maybe it's because they're always on some show tour, but they looked cheaply constructed. Maybe they were just beat up.

Then we have the 57 Chevy bike they built for the customer. The customer could have restored a 57 Chevy to perfect condition for half the price of a OCC bike.

Never liked that show, and always wondered why they didn't do the work myself also.

They appeal to the non-discriminating people (who obviously exist in much greater numbers than those who know better)

there were a few early episodes with good human element stories...helping out the kid (Cody? I think)...and the FDNY bike in honor of the 343...
but overall...the show is crap.

And the dad and son...two complete retards. Trailer trash that got lucky. I wouldn't give either of them a job emptying my pool skimmers.

Handlebar mustache and muscle T-Shirts? Really? 80's much?

I saw part of a show for the first time in years the other night. Here is Jr going on about some newspaper article saying OCC is in some kind of financial trouble, saying he's 20% shareholder in OCC and wondering how this could be without him knowing.

So they really are in two shops and now the fights are about money rather than bikes?

Oh, I bet those shows are just GREAT!

I feel the same way, they basically draw out a bike and then buy most of the parts from off the shelf components. Yeah some of the tanks, fenders and stuff are fabbed but for the most part they put stuff together.
I could put up with that but I can't stand that loud mouthed old man Paul Sr. His mouth and screaming aggravates the shit out of me. :leaving:
