I may hate cold weather, but the vette sure loves it!
When I left work this morning it was 34 degrees. As I got on the interstate(it's only 3/4 mile to my exit) a WRX came flyin up on my arse. Same guy has done this a couple times over the last few months. Usually I just keep pluggin to my exit, and get off.
Not this morning snapperhead! No traffic, and not one car all the way to the bend about a mile up. I hammered the throttle, she dropped down into second gear and I was GONE!
Felt like somebody hit me with a shot of NOS. The Vortex was throwin that cold air in there and she was eating it up. Last I saw the little Subaru, he was about a quarter mile back and getting smaller fast. I let off at a buck fourty, and coasted to the next exit, to let him catch up. I wanted to see if he got on I-81 N.
He stayed with me pretty darn good on the ramp, but couldn't hang once we got to the bottom and I let her eat some more of that cold air.
Cool mornings + corvette + Kid in ricer = lotsa fun for me! :D
