I plan on negotiating pretty hard. But the 8.1 engine is rare. It's usually the 6.0 or the diesel.

Offer 5k. Not enough mileage, no rust or dents...and the owner's wife probably had tats. Whore.

HA!
well, the color is right, but I can't say the same about the tires and bed liner. Call me old fashioned but I think mixing the black and white goes against nature, truck should have white tires and a white bedliner Same with the receiver. I would remove it and mount it on the front and then weld the draw bar in since having it in the back and sticking the draw bar in seems to be just one more way for the gay agenda to get all in our face about their gayness.

that price seems really high, my in-laws special ordered their 8.1L GMC, when it was totaled the USAA refused to value it as anything more than the 6.0L engine.

If I needed to drive a big dually truck...I'd probably get a Ram. :island14:

The problem with both the Ford and Dodge big block motors is that the engine is stuffed under the cowling. Lots of basic repairs require you to remove the cab. That's why the GM big block is better in this case. It's a V8

Looks like a good darn truck, no miles on it, the 8.1 (496) was a hoss, terrible economy but WGAF...
I got to admit...a 4X4 Dually, with a Big block, gives me a bit of a chub.
This would have been one of the last BBC gasser trucks made...before GM jumped the shark.

That's a beautiful truck!
No problems pulling the enclosed trailer up any hills with that..
Lets just hope the tracks Tom wants to haul too.. are not real far away.. :datawiz:
