Doing my supension and exaust this winter (Pfadt, ARH, Corsa) ten getting new CCWs then going to drive it as McVette for awhile. They're not FRCs (fuel rail covers)... they're real valve-cover and the coilpacks are hidden.

Thanks! I joked with Ed that LG should send little plastic replicas of the coilovers to hang from the mirror. They are absolutely beautiful and WORK!

Yes, it's a badazz car and he put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into that thing, but it was a lot more trouble than it was worth. 2 years ago that car meant more to him than anything in the world (except his son, of course). He's a lot different now and even tho' he'll have another cool vette someday, we needed something that his son could ride in comfortably. The 4 door Jeep is a great choice because we can all fit in it (and the dogs, too), and it's something that can be modded to make it a one of a kind.

Liz has some beautiful vehicles - but you have to see Hooters in person. I swear it's a bisexual machine - when she started her up, Tucker got aroused and so did I. I thought we were both going to just stand there and cry. But the one thing about Liz - she can really DRIVE what she owns. Of course we'll soon see if she can drive that Jeep like it should be driven if she and Kevin can make it to the trails with us in November. :p

Just wait a bit, I'm trying to mod some Halos with Clear lenses. I recently installed some custom clear front corner housings and clear rear side markers so I'm going to try and continue that theme around to the rear end...

Beautiful car Joe! What happened?

She was a daily driver too. I was heading to work during a bad storm and took a detour thinking it would have been higher ground, turned a blind curve forgot about a dip, and basically wound up in a to foot deep pond. I was a little startled by the water rushing up over the nose and did not get it turned off in time and it sucked up water and stalled. By the time the tow truck got there, the water was around three feet deep.

Stereo & amp were FUBAR, Interior needed to be stripped and replaced, engine needed a LOT of work to get it back right again....it was going to cost me a fortune to get it back. I had spent close just shy of 25K putting in the ZZ4 crate motor, JET underdrive pulleys and computer, stereo/alarm, C4 body upgrade (it was an 85 with the 96 body kit), hood, paint, Lingenfelter injectors, ZR-1 wheels, etc. I loved the car, but was not willing to put as much $$$ into it as it needed...plus it gave me an excuse to finally get a C5 vert. :bilmem:
