I believe that is Rick Derringer's wife, Jenda. If you look at their site, she's a dead ringer for the gal in the video. I bet the two kids at the begining of the video are theirs. Damn, that is one lucky bastard! She's still smokin' hot!!

Here's Derringer and the McCoys in 1965, Oddball's right. Derringer was 17 when hang on Sloopy was released. The first video was at least 10 years later.
