I seem to recall you either had a Z50, or were going to get one as a part of a bulk minibike purchase, that you wanted to unload.
Or is my memory still messed up from the concussion?

This. You never paid him and you never paid off the barn members for that bet last week. :yesnod:

I didn't go through with it. It was a pkg. of two later models and one premium hard tail. It also inc. a '72 Minitrail 70. I wound up buying a 1972 Honda SL175. It is very clean, runs great, but someone painted it orange. I plan to respray it the proper candy sapphire blue. Love the sound of a vintage Honda Twin.

I have a good Devilbiss paint gun and a compressor, drier, etc.
But I'm kind of curious how good of a job the spray bombs do. It's interesting that they combine a two stage product in a single can.

:iagree:
Aerosol has always been overly thinned down to get it out of the nozzle. The can also had to have the propellent. It never contained the 'high solids count' like you get from the high end paint and from a paint gun. I stopped by my local PPG dealer the other day. He sprayed some of the $30 per aerosol can clear coat on a helmet. He said it was durable enough for about a 3-4 ft. drop of the helmet. If I go to all the trouble to strip, clean and pay $$ for liquids. I'm going to stick with a paint gun/compressor setup.
The early '70s Candy colored Honda's also used a 'cloud silver' for the frame. The site also has it available.
