I sold a little Suzuki truck to a guy I know, we had just put a new head on it and someone forgot to tighten the radiator hose good. it popped off on the way home and it overheated.
The dumb ass put water in where the oil goes.. he even admitted to doing so acting like no big deal, how would he know? :island14:
So he calls me to come get him and the truck, and says he no longer wants to buy it!
If he had already paid me I would have told him to sick it in his ass, but since I trusted him to pay later I was stuck with it.

So, I take it he balked and didn't pay you, then? Was it a Suzuki Samurai? I almost bought one of those lil' buggers back in 1990 when I graduated from college.

Not that cool..
We call them Suzuki multi cabs here..
Not legal for street use in the usa but a lot of people buy them for Golf course and Farm use in the states.
Japan wont let them register them after 5 or 10 years. (forget which)
and they cut them up for scrap, the Philippines importers weld them all back together, move the steering to the left side, and sell them as re-conditioned new.
Tons of work and no one would even consider doing that in the USA at the labor prices, but they do make a nice little truck
I have to appreciate the local ingenuity to make it happen.. :seasix:

They look a lot like the mini Beijing taxi busses I saw in China back in 1990 when I visited there.
