Even though I don't send out Christmas cards, I enjoy getting them, especially if they are funny.
Bonus points if they're funny and risque'.
Year end, bring-you-up-to-date-on-our-perfect-family letters, I despise, loathe, and abhor.
You know.........there's a reason why you cretins haven't seen nor heard from me in..........6 years.
Yet, you feel that it's all important to keep me informed of your doings and whereabouts.
How.......droll.
got a card and group photo from a relative.
um...no labels on who is who and related to whom? :slap: i don't know these people.

If they are like some of my family, they are just sniffing for a handout.
While not a Christmas card, I thought I would share this card my daughter found at the card store and sent me a pic of it. She knew I would find it funny!

I love Christmas cards! I even like those family letters, even if I don't know the family. :leaving:

:iagree: with the Wood worker........
'oooh, look at our wonderful family, and all the things they've done, all the places they have gone....'
well, none of them visited us, none of them lent me a hand working around the house and property, and none of them sent me any money. :slap:

There was a lawyer in Birmingham, Alabama (I think) who did quite well handling big damage suits. Each year he sent a Christmas card to every lawyer in the County. Invariably the card had a picture of him and his trophy wife, his kids, his mansion, his dogs, and his Rolls-Royce or whatever he happened to be driving at the time.
One year the picture was of all of the above. His two big black dogs were sitting in front of everyone and everything with their peckers hanging out.

Not my idea of a trophy wife, not that there is anything wrong with that.
