Well after more digging this weekend, I'm pretty sure the car is toast!
Actually it's beyond the point that I want to repair it.

Seat Is NOT BENT and did it's job!
The stamped sheet metal floor of the car buckled and separated from the fiberglass!! Even cracked the fiberglass floor on the passenger side.

Passenger side floor view for reference

I've got a 93 roller with no interior I'll part with.

Appreciate the offer! But we're no longer interested in tracking C4s.
Probably use the drive train in an old Craftsman truck or some sort of hot rod/street rod.

I was going to wait for the body to get cold, so to speak, but I may be interested and buying the wreckage and swapping it over to a roller.

PM me if you decide to get rid of it. I'm in Greensboro and could easily come get it.

Does the doors. hatch, and hood still open and close normally? I know these were uniframe, and the body wasnt structural...but it still had the typical outer frame, and everything tied into it...the fiberlgass tubs and sheetmetal, I dont think are structural..my 85 had a cracked one from a hard bottom out and spin off into the grass...but there were no other ill effects. If that could be repaired, is theer any other physical, non-cosmetic type damage?

Understood! But I'm ready to move on to a purpose built chassis with a larger greenhouse.

If I were so inclined to repair or replace, I have a spare ZR-1 chassis on hand.:D

It's cheaper to race real race vehicles than convert and race street cars. Easier to fix too.
