how come I keep getting an upload failed when I try to edit my Avitar ? not to computer savy.:)

It looks real dark on my screen, does it look the same to everyone else.?? The file doesn't look to big to me...WW

This one is 25% the size of the other..
right click.. save Image as.. Then upload it as your avatar.
