I actually saw him make it in person.. (Philippines style) as he could not find all of the ingredients here.

But am still clueless to the real deal...

And you're right.... he ain't giving it up.. :yesnod:

Third world kitchen.. first world cooking!.. :island14:

This chit was delicious, but not cheap to make.. :seasix:

Lots n Lots of cheese!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Insider photos will get you as close as possible to the secret recipe, but even after watching him make it in person.. I couldn't repeat it again.

Seriously, I don't like mac and cheeze. But Dixie makes the only mac and cheeze I ever had that I would literally eat until I explode. Fantastic stuff!
And yeah, he guards that recipe like Scrooge McDuck!

Me and my son ate there a couple of weeks ago.Had to go over to Red's to get some work boots and was looking for the fish place that there and was surprised it switched over to a smoke house. The smokey ketchup we had with our fries really was good too.

One of the owners was also an owner of the fish joint , it was called Captain Hutch's. He got together with a couple other guys and changed it to the smokehouse. My wife knows one of the new owners and he is a good guy, very hard worker. We like the new place!
