Does anyone live near Merrillville Indiana? My wife is bidding on a couch up there with a local pickup. It looks like my wife will win the couch.
The lady lives in a third floor apartment. I thought of hiring a moving company to move the couch down the stairs and into the trailer and if all else fails I can. They want $170 to move the couch, minimum charge of two hours they say.
Is there anyone close who could give a hand? I'd be happy to pay someone to help out. If we win the couch and I head up that way I'll probably be there around 7 or 7:30 AM.
The location is near South Lake Mall.

Custom couch in the color she wants. It retails for about $2200, looks like she will win it for about $90.
