I look for the slightest drop in temperature as an excuse to make chili. I live in Texas, but this is yankee chili. It has beans. Pinto, black, and Kidney. Lots of jalapenos, crushed red pepper, jalapeno wine and a touch of Butt Pucker XXX sauce. There is enough to last all week.

I would love a bowl of that right now over some scrambled eggs.

Anybody that wants to try it, come on over. I'll be handing out candy so I'm home all evening. :seasix:

We'll be in Houston and Austin next weekend. I forget where the hell you guys are though.
Business dinners every night and 1 social night with a buddy of mine who lives near Austin.
Wish we had more time to catch up with any of the TX contingent. :cert:

My wife is making chili as we speak. And a friend invited me to swing by later and has chili and dogs, so chili is definitely on the menu.

If your schedule loosens up, let me know. We are in Cypress. You'll practically pass the house going from Houston to Austin if you take 290.
