Not this one. I'm usually getting up at 10/10:30 AM...but I stay up quite late (2-3 AM). If I get to bed by midnight/1 AM, it was a good day...

You get up about the time I get in bed since going back on nights. Don't get home until about 2:30 a.m. To say I've done without many hours of sleep is an understatement. From Monday of this week up until I got home last night, I'd had probably a total of 10 hours of broken sleep. I passed out right after I got home this morning, and didn't wake up until 2 p.m. The house could've fallen in and I wouldn't have noticed.

I tend to get up when the sun comes in through the windows. So these days through the winter will be later than in the summer. Plus, I've always got stuff to do in the summer, winter not so much.....damn you winter!

I wake up at 4, and am on the road by 4:30.

Back when I was as large as a barge, I used to be up until 2AM. Then I discovered that when you do that, you're really shooting yourself in the foot health-wise. Studies have shown that generally speaking, your body's circadian rhythm is geared to do most of its repairing between the hours of 10 and 2AM. If you're still awake, you're cheating yourself out of some badly needed physical repair time.

Of course there are some folks that work night or graveyard shifts and can't help it. In those cases, you do the best you can.
