I saw that tour, too. One of many reasons why I have tinnitus. He had one of the great heavy metal voices of the era. :sadangel:

Always thought it was incredible how music can bring it all flooding back like nothing else can.

Just decided to go out last week and get a turntable after 30 years without vinyl. Not that its cleaner than cd production, but the raw, analog sound feels right at home in my head.

:iagree: When I purchased my '66 Chevelle ( blue, black interior w/ guage package including knee knocker tach 327 -275 hp 4 speed ) , the Phila AM radio station changed format to 60s and 70s music.

It was like being transported back in time when my Dad had his '66 Chevelle convertible he purchased new :cool1:

Much nicer looking than the next gen IMO.
