...if at first you fail, join the club, everyone does, and, try, try, again. I've been cooking for 45 years, and was a professional chef for 25, 15 in my own restaurant. Retired now, I cook because I can create stuff better than I get eating out, and I know that only the best ingredients, and no crap/chemicals are in it. Keep at it. :thumbs:

I love to cook, I have a passion for food and I love trying new things. I rarely look at a cook book, I like to make things on the fly and it always seems to come out really good.
