How's that thing working? Any problems?

And did you get the Regular Model or the Plus-Sized Model?

Want Dale Jr.'s number? Hamlin's got you covered (http://www.nascar.com/en_us/news-media/blogs/inside-groove/denny-hamlin-iphone-6-plus-dale-earnhardt-jr-number-pat-decola.html)

I got the Plus...and I like it for the most part, the size is a bit large and does not fit in all pant pockets. However, viewing things is nice with this big screen.

The downsides, it is hard to text or type with just one hand. Which is also a plus since the urge to reply to any text messages is now gone while driving (yes, I know it is illegal) but so is speeding.

The camera is really nice and the pics come out nice and clear, even in dark light they look good.

The only problem I have found so far is that some apps are still acting strange and that may be more of an iOS8 issue (8.0.2) than an issue with the phone itself.

The battery does last me about 1.5 days now which is great because I am on this phone constantly. The speed of the processor and download speeds over LTE are great as well.

It all comes down to deciding if you need the larger size or not....I am thinking I would be just as happy with the regular one since it fits in a pocket easily.

I still need to investigate the wallet thing and might try it once I know it is secure. More info on that after I do some reading.

What a BS statement. Whether speeding is illegal is not the point. It's called ATTENTION while driving.

ok - so how about I say looking someone up in the contacts on my phone or changing playlists? Those also are distractions, but not illegal by definition.

Oh, and for police and other emergency personnel - it is not illegal to text and drive in the state of TN.

Rob, does that size phone fit in regular jeans pockets?

And can you get it out of your pants pocket while seated?

That's going to be the issue for me, whether I get an Apple (with all the iOS 8 problems I've had so far, that is getting more and more doubtful) or something else.

Yes - I can get it in and out of my pockets without issue while standing, seated, I even had issue with the 5s getting it out of my pocket. I do have one pair of jeans that are more "fitted" so the phone is not terribly good in the front pockets but fits fine in the back pocket.

I have the note 3 if the jeans are loose fitting it will fit but you can not sit or bend but if you need to sick it in the jean pocket for a minute it will work. Wearing shorts it fits fine.
