[Geek] Any of y'all know MS SharePoint and CSS?

I created a custom CSS for my SharePoint Page, however there's a standard CSS that's conflicting with my custom CSS, I need to wipe it out, however I'd hate to f'k up the site. Anybody have any experience with this?
