Back pain sucks!

My back has been sore time to time over the last 3-4 years. My back finally locked up in the middle just below my shoulder blades Thursday. I've seen inversion tables here and there, but didn't think much about them.

Wow...I now know what a healthy back feels like! My FIL and I went in on one and was able to get a great model off of craigslist for $150 today. What a difference. I will still need to go and have it looked at, and a chiropractic/massage therapy treatment process done to correct the issue.

That all said...if you have back troubles, go get it seen about. Don't wait and "just deal with it" like me.

Surgery on the back is an ongoing thing. Once you get one disc fused they say you will be back for more. I'm fighting with three more discs giving me trouble.

Sure hope so. I can't go on living with very low levels of activity as a 31 year old, normally pretty healthy guy. I hate just sitting around when there is plenty to be done.
