After many hours of sanding, painting, sanding again, cleaning... more sanding, and soon some buffing I have finally finished this project.
It's a Vittorazzi Minimoto and the company that made this no longer exists, but Blatausa.com:: Pocket bikes and Motorcycles:: (http://www.Blatausa.com) is the place to go for one. I bought it in Italy as a teenager in 1994 where I was raised and brought it to the states in a suit case. 39cc of fun....
After being in storage for the last 10 or so years it needed a restore and tune up. I didn't take the engine apart or anything, but did clean the carb and it started up on the first pull of the starter cord.
Now, here's the pics. It will make it's debut in the the Copperas Cove Shrine Oasis Club Rat Patrol at the IHOP event on 01 MARCH 2011 to support the Shriners Childrens Hospitals.

Thanks, all. Oh, the buzz from the paint fumes was great, but I know the headache will really joebuck my day tomorrow.

That's a nice looking little bike, all the Shriners around here drive gocarts now, I guess they are too old and fat to fit on the tiny bikes. :yesnod:
That's pretty cool, nice work. Any pics of somebody sitting on it?

We have 6 of 7 ATVs running and I've rebuilt/restored 2 model T go-karts. I have one more left and then 8 old Margay racing carts from the late 70's or early 80's to do. The racing karts won't be hard since there's no body work involved beyond painting the frame.

It'll get stuck if she got too much booty :willy: I'll post pics and some video after I go for the test ride tomorrow. I was thinking about getting my friends 3 year old daughter to pose next to it. Ha Ha.

Got clocked right around 50 MPH about 10 years and 30 pounds ago. The ticket that mofo leo gave me sucked very much bad, too.

 You could not handle the stars! :beat:
Your threads always make me want to go out an buy a pocket bike. But since we are "babysitting" a friend's bike we currently have even less room.

I found a few that are similar for just under$300.00 after tax and shipping. They're not as high a quality as mine and maybe a liitle slower. You can get the later version of mine or about $1K though.
I'll post the links when I log back on with my desktop where I have the links saved.

FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dammit, got a fuel leak where the petcock screws into the the carb. There's a screen behind that which also acts as an O-ring and I'm going to have to order a new one
I did get to ride it, though, and still have some tweaking to do. It's wobbly as hell right now and I think it's got something to do with the tires that will soon be replace.
