View Full Version : Are you afraid of weights?
i mean those things are heavy, and if you drop them on your toes, it's gonna hurt for a long time (well, maybe until your spouse kisses it), and they have very little other use other than being picked up and put down.

I'm a manly-man. I used to lift weights, and I was prety strong. I could bench 240 lbs (I weigh 170) and leg press 350 lbs. Bad kness have ended most of that.
