2 pounds of ground meat browned with onions, a can of diced tomatoes and kidney beans, chili mix, an unknown but large amount of cayenne pepper, served with sliced jalapenos on top. With a cold beer. I sweated, my nose ran, my tongue is likely charred, and I had to roll the beer across my forehead to try to cool down.

Am I sorry I did it? Nope! What has my stomach ever done for me? It's what I wanted for dinner, and I'm now stuffed. I'll worry about what happens tomorrow. On the toilet. Or the floor. Or the bed.

There's a great visual.

Yep, I kinda hated to admit it, because it wasn't a pretty sight. An "old" man stuffing his face with fire, sweating, likely turning red, and mucous draining down his face.

Add in a can of Rotel next time.

Char the skin on the peppers before you use them. It adds a bit of smoke, and just a hint of sweet to the burn. Yum.
