Hi, My name is Mike, i have been addicted to corvette since 2001 when i bought my first 01 black coupe... i moved up from there with a 2004 Z06 i bought new then, in the next few years after meeting this Old Guy :) we decided to do some modding to it. When i me some modding i mean... well lets chop the top off it and make it a convertible amongst other things... Since i transfer to TX, we picked up the wife Ambra a 04 Machine Silver Convertible... oh my little one Jakob's room is also complete styled in Corvette's...
All depends how'ya goin' to use it:D
I like that "Charter Member" thing, I think I'll give that title to the first 100 members.
More than likely just stand, marvel at the craftwork, and drool a little. Then maybe a "slow" cruise around.

The name is Joe, and I have been a Vette nut since I can remember...when I was a kid, and saw C3's in the early 80's I used to tell my father that "I was going to have a Quartervette when I grow up" I bought my first Vette, a 1985 coupe when I was a poor 20 year old music ed major at ODU, then after a little modding, and saving, I bought my 01 Vert as a 30th birthday present to myself.

Hello, my name is Jason Theriot. I have a 2002 Corvette that is Millennium Yellow. I guess I am an old school type of guy as I do not believe in modding Corvettes. The single biggest thing you should do is keep them stock because it is a necessity that they uphold their resell value.:winky:

Hello all, checking in from SW Indiana. I used to live in VA until I retired in 04 and moved back to the Midwest, no traffic, no inspections, no front tags!!
I lemon lawed my recent Z back to GM in March and switched over to the CTS-V for a while. Another year or two and I'll start the search for another vette to have fun in. Until then hope everyone doesn't mind if I hang out.
I was part of the original Rat Packers in VA with my 96 Grandsport. Gary didn't have the Barn open then, probably a good thing or the mod bug would have bit earlier.

Had the GS back then. Moved away and got more toys, until the newer ones kept breaking and GM wouldn't fix them. Decided to try the old mans car for a while, well 556HP is probably just a little too much for most old men.

The car is heavy but step on the smoke pedal and watch the heck out. Unbelievable the pulling power as the supercharger winds up. I took a bunch of folks for a little spirited drive while at the Cruise In and everyone like how the car performed. I hated to see the Z go but felt much better once I got the V.
