British Car show in town.......

Every 4 years the MGA society get together at different places and this weekend they're in Ottawa. I saw some coming in from the cottage with luggage racks and USA plates. All Brit marques will be there....:yesnod:

I don't know....all that oil leaking on the manicured lawns! :toetap:

I used to own a Jag XK140 fixed head coupe. Right side drive. It was owned by Duncan Hamilton, famed Jag racer. Darn parts were so expensive I sold it to a Jag nut who restored it fully. :seasix:

When I was a kid I dated a girl who drove a MG Midget. And another girl who drove a Triumph Spitfire.
There was a 3rd young lady who drove a TR6 that I was attracted to, her feeling was not mutual.

Very cool! Love little british cars. I'm a big fan of the MG TD & TF. I'm bombing around in a classic Mini these days.

It's currently stripped of all its paint. Going to be blue/silver with big wheel arches. Can't wait til I'm done with that.
