my dog knows no tricks, can't be off leash outside, and can be a real pest sometimes....but i love her, and she loves me.

As much as we enjoy the performance and conformation events, our's are dogs first. The ribbons and all that business come second. Always have.

We took our mini Aussie camping in our new camper for the first time last week. I miss my Weimaraner and my true love is pointer, setters, and retrievers, but this darn dog is awesome. She worked all week keeping her sheep ( my wife and daughters) together. We picked a spot way at the end because we haven't done much leash work with her because she only wears one when we take her somewhere public. Once the campground emptied out, we gave her more freedom off the leash and she was awesome. The owner even came over saying he never saw a dog behave so well off leash and he didn't mind since the place was almost empty.
