Reefing sails

Reefed many a sail, out in open waters.....Chesapeake Bay, outer Banks of NC.....Long Island South Bay.......they were all monohulls though.....

that ~35' Catamaran here in Florida, on the St. Johns River was up at a 45* angle on a beat......damn that sail looked HUGE.....I was just ballast for that ride though.....
