I agree. One phone call should do it. If asking nicely doesn't have the desired effect, then just stop the foreign aid to Mexico....immediately. In fact, we should be stopping foreign aid to Mexico anyway. You'd think we would have learned from our own War on Poverty.....some things just can't be fixed by tossing money at it.
