Authorities in Oregon say a gunman entered a high school outside of Portland Tuesday morning and fatally shot a student before he was found dead inside a school bathroom.
The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office said in a statement that the situation is now stabilized at Reynolds High School in Troutdale.

This kind of thing will continue until a show of armed resistance is made. Cowards and crazies will always choose to act out where it is assured no one can shoot back.

Nah, that would never work.
See, what we should do, is take away all the guns from people who would never do something like this.
another 'gun free' zone.
when will these criminals start reading and obeying signs and laws?

I don't know about the rest of you, but I am really really wringing my hands over the fact that he brought guns into a gun free zone.
Can't understand it.
We're raising a generation of pussies that cannot handle when things don't go their way.
And we medicate half of them with drugs that **can** increase thoughts of suicide.

There really ought to be a law against shooting people.

We just need bigger signs.
Had he read that it was a gun free zone, none of this would have happened.
At least Summer is upon us....no class for a few months, so the kiddos are safe for a little while.
